SWA Claims Management Services LLC was founded by industry veterans Arnold Schafer and Lisa Wood, each with over 40 years of experience in insurance adjusting. Both founders have been integral to major catastrophe events across the U.S. and Canada since the 1980s. Their journey spans from hands-on adjusters to leadership roles, gaining expertise across residential, commercial, and complex claims.
