When submitting an identification photograph, please follow these guidelines:

1. Save it as a jpeg or jpg file.
2. Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view.
3. You must have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open.
4. Use a plain/uniform background.
5. No hats or sunglasses.
6. Your full face must be visible and your hat or head covering cannot obscure your hairline or cast shadows on your face.
7. You cannot wear headphones or wireless hands-free devices.
